6 easement by which it grants to the City an easement for street and
7 highway purposes over all that certain land situated in the City of
8 Neumort Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as
9 folloels t
10 n strip of land 84.00 feet in width in block 56
of Irvine's Subdivision as per snap recorded. in
11 book 1, page 88 of I- Ascellaneous record Maps in
the office of the county recorder of said county,
12 the northerly line of said. strip of land being
the southerly line of that certain parcel described
13 as 3xhibit "A" In the ground lease to A:,eronutro nics
Systems, inc.-recorded in book 4140, pages 414 and
14 415 of Official records of said county.
151 The southerly line of said strip of land shall
terminate northwesterly on the southeasterly line
16 of ,jamboree road, 130 feet wide, as described in a
deed to the County of Orange recorded in book 4110,
17 page 10 of Official records and terminate easterly
on a line parallel with and westerly 110.00 feet,
18 measured at right angles, from the centerline of
MacArthur Boulevard, 100 feet wide, as described in
19 ?aCalifornia
rcel 2 in a deed to the State of Califor Taco= ed
20 in book 1347, page 557 of Official Recores.
21 SUB ECG TO easements, rights of way of record or
apparent;
