• 511 owner and lessor, and 'obert A. Alleborn and Frank hood Trane,
6 lessee, have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
7 ;rant of Easement dated may 10, 1965, granting to the City a ncn>
8 exclusive easement for public utility purposes in, under, over and
9 along that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
10 3each, County of orange, State of California, described. as follows:

A strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, in lot 9,
Tract 1To. 4225 as per map recorded in book 153,
12
pages 23 and 24 of Kiscellaneous Maps in the
office of the county recorder of said county, the
13
centerline of uhich is described as follows:

Commencing at the most easterly corner of that
certain land described in a Memorandum of Lease
15
by and between The Irvine Company and Robert A.
t1lleborn et, al, recorded Ap :Al 1, 1964 in book
16
6987, page 551 of Official Records, said most
easterly corner being on the southeasterly line
17
cf said lot 9, said southeasterly line being a
curve concave southeasterly having a radius of
18
1040.00 feet, a radial line to said most easterly
corner bears North 610 24' 23" T-?est; thence North
19
50° 11' 05" Nest 58.00 feet along the northeasterly
line of said lan6 to the true point of beginning;

thence South'39° 48' 5591 west 33.50 feet; thence
South 50° 11' 05" East 65 feet, more or less, to

said southeasterly line,

The sidelines of said 10.00 foot strip of land
shall terminate southeasterly on the southeasterly

line of said Lot 9.
241I SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or apparent.
25 =EaVING UNTO GRANTORS, their successors and assigns, the
right to use said land for any purpose whatsoever as shall
26 not interfere with or endanger the use by Grantee of said
easement, including but not limited to the right to construct,
27 relocate, repair, maintain and use paved parking areas, alleys
28 and pipelines in, on, over, across and along said land;

is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directee vo
execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
to its recording and to record said document in the County aecorder
office.
