2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TJITH MURTON H.
WILLSON AND ASSOCIATES

*' 5 TyR&2E.AS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
7 Newport Beach and Murton H. Willson and .Associates, planning con -
8 sultants, under which said firm is to perform certain consulting
9 services for the City in connection with a planning study of the
10 Balboa Peninsula area of the City; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable and in the interests of the City;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for
15 consulting services be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
17 the City of Newport Beach.
18 ADOPTED this 28th day of June , 1965.
