A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NM TORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE 1964

65 SEAL COAT PROGRAM IN THE WESTBLUFF AREA

WHEREAS,
pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
6
consisting of the 1964-65 seal coat program in the [Testbluff area
7
in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and
8
specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 14th
9
day of June, 1965, and publicly opened and declared; and
10
t..; S, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11
therefor is jack Brothers Company;

NOW, THER iOi^, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Jack
13
Brothers Company in the amount of $8,328 be accepted and that the
14
contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.

BE IT FURTTIMR PESOV0.D that the Xayor and City Clerk are
16
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
17
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
18
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
19
an executed copy to the successful bidder.

ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1965.

Resolution No. 6175 was duly and regularly
adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 28th day of June ,
1965 by the following vote, to wit:
