5 IRME E S, the Planning Commission and the City Council
6 have heretofore adopted. a Toaster Plan of the City of Newport ;-each,
7 which said Toaster Plan includes as a unit thereof a I= ,aster Land Use
8 Plan, adopted by the City Council on january 13, 1958; and
9 oT °:AS, the .fanning Commission of the City of Newport
10 Beach has recommended the adoption of certain amendments to the
11 ,faster sand Use Plan; and
12 1-.M1" ".S, the City Council, after notice as required by
13 1ae17, has held a public hearing on said proposed amendments; and
14 WHER 4S, the City Council has determined t!,x..t it is
15 desirable to amend said Tf_aster sand Use Plan as recommended;
16 N0I12 TIMI bOM2 BE IT IESOLF7M that the City Council of
17 the City of Newport Beach does adopt said amendments to the Toaster,
18 band Use Plan as shown on Drawing No. L-1165 entitled "Master 1anc
19 Use Plan Amen6ment No. 11 ", dated May 6, 1965, which is attac!aed
20 hereto, marked. Exhibit `-gZl, and incorporated herein by reference.
21 BZ IT MIT= RESOvVEsD that the Planning ,Director is
22 authorized and directed to endorse the Taster .,and use Plan map as
23 amended by Amendment No. 11 to shoeq that sairl amendment has bee
24 adopted by the City Council, and the same shall be placed on file
25 with the Naster Plan of the City of Newport Beach.
