A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NErVORT B74CH AUTHORI ?ING THE RXFCUTION OF A
SERVICE AGREEKENT MITH INTEGRATED D.LIUM CORPOP4,MON
IMEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain service agreement between the
City of Newport peach and Integrated Data Corporation, a service
bureau, under whica said service bureau is to perform certain
services in connection with the preparation of the Cityts payrolls
and various payroll reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NCB 'TIM IEF02E, BE IT ?2SOLVED that said service agree -
ment is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are Hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of P1ee7port Beach,
