RESOLUTION NO. 6205
A FESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E22CUTION OF
A QUITCLh111: DEED
WHEREAS, the City has a certain easement hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, the City is not now using said easement and has
no present or prospective use for it except for that certain 10
easement for storm drain purposes hereinafter described which is
being retained by the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be in the interest of the City and the
owner or owners of the real property within which said easement
exists for the City to quitclaim the portion thereof hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed releasing all
the Cityts present right, title and interest in the following-
described easement, to wit:
That certain non - exclusive easement for drainage purposes in
Lot 169, Block 2 of Irvinets Subdivision as shown on a map
recorded in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps,
records of Orange County, California, said easement being
granted to the City of Newport Beach by that certain indenture
recorded ,Tune 27, 1962 in Book 6159, Page 455 of Official
Records of said county.
Except that portion thereof shown as a 10 foot easement to
the City of Newport Beach for storm drain purposes over Lot
6, Tract 5854, recorded in Book 213, Page 38 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
ADOPTED this 9th day of August 1965.

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6205 was duly and regularly
adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 9th day of August
1965 by the following vote, to wit:
