A RESOLUTION Ch THE CITY MUNCIL OF TIC: CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACIII ANARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE McFADD N
PIACE- OCFA.N FRONT CFANN`ZLIZATION (CONTRACT NO. 993)
IdiUREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bic,s for work
consisting of the Kc.Fadden Place -Ocean rront Channelization in the
City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and s?ecifica»
tions heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 17th day of
August, 1965, and publicly opened and declared, and
I- KERV1S, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is D. C. Iruralt, an individual, DBA D. C. k5uralt Company;
N042 TI -2EFOa , BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of D. Co
P- uralt, an individual, DM D. C. Ivuralt Company, in the amount of
X4,985.90 be accepted and that the contract for the construction
work be awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FUR7. . TELSOLiT,k;D that the Mayor and City Cleric are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
Of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
