6 the City of Newport Leach a certain agreement with the orange
7 County Peace Officers Association, Inc,, for the leasing of an
8 Identi -Kit obtained by said association: under a waster lease agree -
9 ment with the Townsend Cospany for use by the Newport ;each Police
10 Department; and
11 ZM' MS, the City Council has considered the terns and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable;
14 NW7, TISM:LFC-:1 ) BE IT M— SOLV3D that the Mayor and City
15 Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
16 cn behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
17 ADOPTED this 13th day of Se_ embe 1965.

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
