21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
I NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING KEY PERSONNEL POSITIONS

4 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5289 which establishes personnel
5 policies for City employees, adopted pursuant to Section 2200 of the
6 Newport Beach Municipal Code, authorizes the City Council on recom-
7 mendation of the City Manager to designate key personnel positions
8 by resolution; and
9 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5830 contains the current list of
10 positions designated as key personnel; and
11 17HEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the list
12 of key personnel positions be revised and the City Council has
13 reviewed said recommendation;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective October 9,
15 1965, Resolution No. 5830 is rescinded and that, pursuant to Resolu-
16 tion No. 5289 establishing personnel policies for City employees,
17 as it now exists, or any succeeding resolutions, the following is a
18 list of positions which are established as key personnel positions;

ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1965.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
