5 WEIN1MS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
6 consisting of the general improvements of Eastbluff Public ?ark in
7 the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and speci-
8 fications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 2nd day of
9 September, 1965, and publicly opened and declared; and
10 &TEEIRMS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11 therefor is 11. 111. McClellan and Sons, a partnership;
12 NOW aNIE '17ME2 32 IT t -SOLVED that the bid of R. W.
13 k.cClellan and Sons, a partnership, in the amount of ,96,670.27 be
14 accepted and that the contract for the construction work be awarded
15 to said bidder.
16 BE IT FTUrITFaER 11 SOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
18 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City of
19 Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish an
20 executed copy to the successful bidder.
