1 RaSOLUTION NO. 6229
21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MISIGNATING AN INTERSECTION AT
3 WHICH VEHICLES ARE IEQUIRED TO STOP

51 L MIREAS, Section 3251 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
6 provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution designates and
7 describes an intersection at which vehicles are required to stop
8 at one or more entrances thereto, the city traffic engineer shall
9 erect stop signs and every driver of vehicles shall stop at such
10{ intersection; and

I-THEREAS, the following described intersection should be
12 designated as an intersection where vehicles are required to stop
13 at an entrance thereto;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
15 the City of Newport Beach that the intersection of Court Street at
16 McFadden Place is hereby designated as an intersection where

ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1965.
