RESOLUTION NO. 6238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH NEW PORT. IvMDICAL CORPORATION TO
PROVIDE CITY WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO LAND
OUTSIDE THE CITY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Reach a certain contract between the City of
Newport Beach and Newport Medical Corporation under which the City
is to provide City water and sewer service to certain land outside
the City owned by said corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable and in the interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach
ADOPTED this 25th day of .October , 1965.
