2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IMPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TIM, MCUTION OF LL
3 CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SM- VICES ITITH DONALD C.

5 IMIEPEAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
7 Newport ,Beach and Donald C. Simpson, a licensed civil engineer,
8 under which said engineer is to perform certain engineering
9 services for the City in connection with the project for the
10 widening of Seashore Drive between 56th Street and Orange Avenue;
11 and
12 I- R- M�REAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
13 conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
14 equitable and in the interests of the City;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for
16 engineering services be approved and the Mayor and City Cleric are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
18 the City of Newport Beach,
19 ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 1965.
