A RESOLUTION OF TiIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
11EiVMT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONMACT FOR 3?NGINEERING SERVICES idlTH 3CYLE
ENGINEERING
va ams, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
Newport Beach and Boyle engineering under which said corporation is
to perform certain engineering services in connection with the City
project for the widening of Jamboree Road between East Coast xlighway
and Ford Road; and
v°&IGREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
equitable and in the interests of the City;
NOW., T.-MM M133, 13, 3E IT RESOLVED that said contract for
engineering services be approved and the Mayor and City Cleric are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 25th day of October 2 11965.
