RESOLUTION N0, 6242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGH&TING AN INTERSECTION AT
I'IIIICH VEHICLES ARE REgUIRED TO STOP
WHEREAS, Section 3251 of the Newport Beach Nunicipal Code
provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution designates and
describes an intersection at which vehicles are required to stop
at one or more entrances thereto, the city traffic engineer shall
erect stop signs and every driver of vehicles shall stop at such
intersection; and
V1HEEREAS, the following described intersection should be
designated as an intersection where vehicles are required to stop
at all entrances thereto;
N(V; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the intersection of Jamboree Road
and Palisades Road is hereby designated as an intersection where
vehicles are required to stop at all entrances thereto.
