OF NMJPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 AN AI MMi NT TO THE AG ZEKEMT . WITH MU NK TIZU
DATED DECEMBER 102 1962

14FF.REAS, the City of Newport Beach and Frank Tharp,

doing business as Traffic Signal 1�aintenance Company, entered
6
into an agreement dated December 10, 1962 for the maintenance of
7
traffic signal equipment owned and operated by the City; and
8
W77AEPZEAS3 the parties to said agreement mutually desire
9
to make certain amens' *cents thereto; and

�-THEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an
11
amendment to said agreement, and the City Council r!.t considered
12
the terms and conditions thereof and found therm to be reasonable
13
and equitable;

NOW, TFMKEFO'^, BE IT R3SOLVED that said amendment to t?he
15
agreement with Frank Tharp dated December 10, 1962 be approved and
16
the Kayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
17
execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach..,

ADOPTLD this 22nd day of November, 1965.
