5 ']MLR..EALS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach an Agreement Regarding Costs of emergency
7 Beach Replenishment Project between the County of Orange and the
8 City of Nearport Beach, which agreement provides for the payment by
9 the County to the City of the sum of �67,155.31, being the cost of
10 emergency beach sand replenishment in the vicinity of 40th Street in
11 the City of Newport Beach, and reimbursement of said sum to the
12 County as more particularly set forth in said agreement; and
13 WfrTM,? G, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
15 equitable;
16 NO ?x, T11 7- ^FORE9 BE IT RMOTVED that said agreement be
17 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
18 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
19 Beach.
20 ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1965.
