RESOLUTION NO. 6262
A RESOLUTION OF TFZ CITY COUNCIL OF MER CITY OF
ILU"?OE11T BE&C3 ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASENL.'INT
1,71 —I r�AS, ,ioiz xillefer and Martha L. Killefer, fus-
band and wife, have executed and delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by which there is granted to
the City an easement for the construction, maintenance and repair
of a storm drain and appurtenances in, under and along the fol-
lowing- described real property in the City of Newport Beack.,
County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
Tnat portion of the land described as follows:
Lot 138 of bract No. 1116, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of Kiscellaneous ivaps,
records of Orange County, California, and that 'portion
of Block 95 of Irvine Subdivision, as shown on a liap
recorded in Book 1, Page 88 of mUscellaneous Kaps,
records of Orange County, California, lying between
the Southwesterly line of said Lot 108 and t:?e
ordinary high tide line of the Pacific Ocean,.and
bounded Northwesterly by a line which passes through
the most [�7esterly corner of said Lot 108 aad has a
bearing of South 600 46' 5097 West, and bounded: Sou-11-1-
easterly by a line which passes through the most
Southerly corner of said Lot 108 and has a bearing of
South 50 46' 5097 I-Test.

Excepting that portion thereof, if any, lying below
19 said ordinary high tide lines
20 lying northwesterly of the following- described line:
21 Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said
Lot 108, said point being the point of intersection,
22 of a line which is parallel with and distant 20.00
feet southeasterly, measured at right angles, from
23 the northwesterly line of Lot 108, thence southwest-
erly along said parallel line to said Ordinary High
24 ^ide Line;

27 said Grant of Easement for such purposes;

directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance

and to record said document in the
