RESOLUTION NO. Q264
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
0 WHEREAS, C. Warren Smith and Dorothy S. Smith, husband
.a„rl wi fp. , have executed and delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by which there is granted to
the City an easement for the construction, maintenance and repair
of a storm drain and appurtenances in, under and along the fol-
lowing- described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
and
That portion of Lot 114, Tract 1116, as per map recorded
in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Naps in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
A strip of land, 10 feet in width, the westerly line
of said strip being the westerly line of said Lot 1149
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorders office.
