delivered to - -he City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by
which there is granted to the City an easement for the construction,
maintenance and repair of a storm drain and appurtenances in,
under and along the following - described real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Crange, State of California, tovtt:

The southeasterly 10.00 feet of Lot 113, Tract 1115, as
per map thereof racorded in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of
1_ascellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, and the southeasterly 10.00 feet of that
portion of 3lock 95 of the Irvine Subdivision as.per map in
Book 1, Page 38 of said ildiscellaneous Miiaps, lying between
the southesesterly line of said Lot 118 and ti:,c ordinary
.Agh tide of the Pacific Ocean and bounded northwesterly
by a line x #hich passes through the most westerly corner of
said Lot 118 and has a bearing of South 600 46' 50" Vvest
and bounded soutHeasterly by a line which passes tiarough
the most southerly corner of said Lot 113 and has a bearing
of South 600 46' 50" West;
T'TMIP <AS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of yascment for such purpose;
NOW iH01"ZOM9 BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of 'EA_
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
