A ?MSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF
NEV",PORT MACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EAS :.NT
WHZMAS, Roberta L. Dunbacker, an unmarried woman,
and Kathryn Z. Hanna, an unmarried woman, have executed and
delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by
which there is granted to the City an easement for the construc-
tion, maintenance and repair of a storm drain and appurtenances
in, under and along the following - described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:

That portion of Lot 112, Tract 1116, as per map
recorded in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the County Zecorder of Orange
County, California, lying westerly of the following
described line:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said
Lot 112, said point being the point of intersection
of a line which is parallel with and distant 10.00
feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the
westerly line of Lot 114 of said Tract 1116 and the
southerly prolongation thereof; thence South 260
22' 25` West 61.56 feet along said parallel line to
the point of intersection with a line which is paral-
lel with and 20.00 feet southeasterly, measured at
right angles, from the northwesterly line of Lot 111,
Tract 1116 and the northeasterly prolongation thereof;
thence South 46' 24' 08" West 25.61 feet along last
said parallel line to the southerly line of said
Lot 112;

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NMJ� THEMEFOREP BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance

and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 27th day of December 1955.
