RESOLUTION NO. 6273

A RESOLUTION OFTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
HARBOR AREA BASEBALL PROGRAM POLICY AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
4 the City of Newport Beach an agreement entitled 9°Harbor Area
5 Baseball Program Policy Agreement99 between the City of Newport
6 Beach, City of Costa Mesa, and Harbor Area Boys' Club, for the
7
operation of the Harbor Area Baseball Program which will be con -
8 ducted jointly by the Boys' Club of the Harbor Area, Costa Mesa
9
Park and Recreation Department, and the Newport Beach ]Department
10
of Parks, Beaches and Recreation; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable;
14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
15 approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized
16
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
17
Beach.
18 ADOPTED this 27th day of December, 1965.
