A PZSCLUTION Or THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1VMRWIT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE =CUTION OF A
CUNTRACT. FO-1. SERVICE. TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NC.
50 (BAL3011 ISLAISM STREET LIGHTEUG DISTiIICT)
a7I -=&S, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport ;beach a certain Contract for Service to Assess-
ment District No. 50 (Balboa Island Street Lighting Dist.rf-'et)
between Southern California Edison Company and the City Council 0f
the City of Newport Beach, acting for and on behalf of Assessment
District No. 50 (Balboa Island Street Lighting District), providing
for service in connection with the street lighting system installed
in said assessment district; and
WHMEMAS, the City Council has considered the terms of
the contract and found them to be fair and reasonable;
NOW, Tr1EREFORE, BE IT RESOLD that said contract is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 14th day of March 1966.
