1974" has been prepared and submitted to the City Council, which
6
contract provides for the modification of the traffic control sig-
7
nal systems and highway lighting at the intersections of Jamboree
8
woad, Dover Drive, Tustin ,Avenue and Riverside Avenue with State
9
Highway Route 07 -Ora -1 17.4/19.5 (Pacific Coast Highway), all
10
within the City of Newport Beach; and
11
sTIMIEAS, the contract provides that the City and State
12
would share the cost of said signal system and highway lighting
13
modification project as set forth `herein; and
14
B MREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of
15
said contract and determined it to be in the interests of the
16 City and the improvements to be necessary;
17 NOVY3 THEMFOaE2 BE IT MOLVED that the City Council
18 hereby appxovessaid contract and the Mayor and City Clerk, are
19 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
20 the City of Newport Beach.
