WEREAS, Annie
S. Hughes has executed a grant deed

granting to the City of Newport Beach the real property in the Cit,
6
of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California, described
7
as follows:

Lot 6 in Block
440 of Corona Del Mar, as shown on
a map recorded
in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
9
Miscellaneous baps, records of Orange County,
California;

and
11
GSHEREAS, it is
in the interest of the City to accept

such grant deed;

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
14
hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to
15
execute andattach thereto
a certificate of acceptance and consent
16
to its recording and to record
said document in the County
17
Recorder's office.
