1 RESOLUTION NO. 6321
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEUPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE
3 WITH EDKER POPE AND BLANCHE POPE
• 4 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
5 of the City of Newport Beach a certain lease whereby the City
6 leases from Edker Pope and Blanche Pope certain real property in
7 Block 127 of Lake Tract in the City of Newport Beach, County of
81 Orange, State of California, located between 26th and 28th
911 Streets and between Balboa and Newport Boulevards, for the purpose
10 of operating a parking lot thereon for a term commencing on April
11 1, 1966 and ending on October 1, 1971 unless sooner terminated as
12 provided therein; and
13 VMEIdEAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said lease and found the same to be reasonable and
15 II equitable;
16 NOt+i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said lease
18 on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
19 ADOPTED this 28th day of March , 1966.
