6 V5ME MS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Richard B. Smith,
8 Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 6113, agrees to construct street
9 and other public improvements necessary to serve said susaavision;
10 II and
11 IRMPMS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach P unicipal Code; and
14 MAZIZAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the sane to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NCW9 Tik:I9w`^. <<ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kayor and City

Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed
