A RESOLUTION OF TEIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1WUPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISM,1ENT OF
ACCESS RIGHTS
JqJEREM., The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
is the owner, and Richard B. Smith, Inc., a California corporation,
is the lessee and subdivider, of real property in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Tract 6113, as shown on a mats recorded in Book
, pages , of Hiscellaneous
aps, records oE Orange County, California;
the Final Map of Tract No. 6113 was approved by
the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
limited from said tract to the adjoining public streets of
MacArthur Boulevard and Crown Drive; and
TAMFAS, The Irvine Company and Richard B. Smith, Inc.,
have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
Relinquishment of Access Rights which meets said condition imposed
by the City Council in approving said Final Map; and
B•; IE&S. it appears to be in the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
N(Tv7s THMEFORE, BE IT UI SOLVED that said Relinquishment
of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach a certificate of acceptance and
consent to the recording of said document in the County Recorder's
office.
