CITY
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement between the City and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of I'_ighways, concerning
the expenditure of funds for improvements made by the City to
State highways has been presented to the City Council; and
WHERMS, after consideration of said agreement, the
City Council has determined that its approval would be in the
best interests of the City;
NOW, IMREFME BZ IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby approves said contract and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorizes and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Newport Beach.
