RESOLUTION NO. 6348
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PALISADES ROAD - CAMPUS
DRIVE PRESSURE REDUCING.STATION (C -1029)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
consisting of the construction of the Palisades Road - Campus Drive
pressure reducing station in the City of Newport Beach, in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids
were received on the 3rd day of May, 1966, and publicly opened and
declared; and
WHEREASs it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is West and Wiggs, Inc.;
NmT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of West and
Wiggs, Inc., in the amount of $10,801 be accepted and that the
contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in
accordance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed
to furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1966.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
