A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A CORPORATION. EASMENT .
DEED
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
and Richard B. Smith, Inc., a California corporation, have executed
and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Corporation Easement
Deed by which they grant to the City the real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
and
An Easement for emergency vehicle access purposes over the
Southwesterly 10.00 feet, as measured at right angles from
the Southwesterly line thereof, of Lot A, Tract No. 6113,
per map recorded in Book , pages of
Miscellaneous Maps, Recor s o range County, a a oinia;
11HERZAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
Corporation Easement Deed for such purposes;
NO1113, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Corporation
Easement Deed is hereby accepted and the City Clem is authorized
and directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of accep-
tance and consent to its recording and to record said document in
the County Recorders office.
