RESOLUTION NO. 6357
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ITIE CITY
OF NEj•TPORT BEACH APPROVING A NOTICE TO VACATE
ADDITION OF TERRIT03Y AS TO TRACT NO. 5877 AND
AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
i�.3BREAS, The Irvine Company, a best Virginia corporation,
and The Bluffs, a limited partnership, are the only parties having
any record title interest in Lots 1 through 96, inclusive, of
Tract No. 5877, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 213 at
pages 10, 11, 12, 13, on July 9, 1965, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California; and
T +71B ZEAS, a Notice of Addition of Territory for Tract No.
5877 was recorded on July 9, 1965, as Document No. 6722 in Book
7587, page 536, of Official Records of Orange County, California;

[-TMEAS, The Irvine Company and The Bluffs have
that the City Council approve the vacation of said Notice of Addi-
tion of Territory and have presented to the Council for its
approval a document dated May 6, 1966, entitled "Notice to Vacate
Addition of Territory "; and
TTr]ERRZAS, the City Council has considered this request
and has determined that said Notice to Vacate Addition of Territor
should be approved;
NOW, T r, ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice to Vacate
Addition of Territory is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
