RESOLUTION NO. 6367
A & SMUTION OF Ti's CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
N32TORT BEACH ACCEwTING A GRANT OF W-ISMIENT
L ^ ,a5, The Irvine Company, a 1-est Virginia corporation,
has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of
Easement, which grants to the City an easement for the construction,
maintenance and repair of a storm drain and appurtenances in, under
and along that certain real property situated in the City of New-
port 1ieach, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follo�•7s :
A strip of land, 15.00 feet in width over that
portion of Lot 93, Tract No. 1701, as per map
recorded in.Book 52, pages 9 and 10 oflrAiscel-
laneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, the centerline of said strip being
described as follows:
Commencing at the Easterly corner of that certain
addition to Lot 92 of said tract, as shown in a
document recorded in ,Book 4570, page 388 of Official
Records; thence South 450 17' 40" West 138.60 feet
to the True point of Beginning; thence South 77° 41'
00" blest 57.83 feet to the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 93.
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apperent;
and
I <aEAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOU5 THE? "7702.2, BE IT R3SOLVEO that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and to consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
