A aSSOLUTION OF TUB CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT MC I LIMITING UZ pARYING OF VEHICLES
ON A l' aTION OF . BALBOA BOULEVARD
E• a132RF.E'',:S, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day for a period of
time longer than one (1) hour upon such streets or portions thereof
as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
VV S, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THZaZFOaZ, BE IT RZSCLVED that the parking of
vehicles betieen the hours of 8:00 a.m, and 6:00 p.m. be limited
to one (1) hour every day except Sundays and holidays on the
southerly side of Balboa Boulevard starting at a point 113 feet
easterly of Coronado Street and extending 112 feet easterly.
BE IT FURTHER PBSO]LVED that the City Manager is author-
ized and directed to cause signs to be posted on such street
giving notice of such parking restriction.
