6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City
7 of Newport Beach and the Neeport -mTesa Unified School District for
8 the cooperative use of the facilities and grounds available for
9 community recreation on the campuses of the schools maintained
10 by the Newport-P:esa Unified School District; and
11 &71 ^, S, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and foune them to be reasonable and
13 equitable and in the interests of the City;

15 approved and the Manyor and City Clerk are hereby authorized. and
16 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City o Newport
17 Beach.
