RESOLUTION NO. 6387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE IPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E1Ci'sCUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 5
5 WIEREEAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
6 proposed agreement between the City of Newport Beach and County
7 Sanitation District No. 5 under which the City will act as agent
8 of the Sanitation District in connection with the relocation and
9 reconstruction of certain sanitary sewer facilities within the
10 right -of -way of Jamboree Road, which work is to be included as a
11 separate bid item in the City's Public Works contract for the
12 realignment and improvement of Jamboree Road between Ford Road
13 and Pacific Coast Highway; and
14 [AREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
15 conditions of the agreement and found them to be fair and equitable
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
17 approved and the mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
18 to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
19 ADOPTED this 97th day of June 1966.
