1 RESOLUTION NO. 6388
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COJNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 MNORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT AGREMIENT
4I WHEREAS, Island Investment Company, a California corpor-
5 ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach an
6 easement agreement which grants to the City certain easements for
7 ingress, egress and public utility purposes for the benefit of
8 resubdivided Lots A and B, a part of hots 1 and 3. Block 332,
9 Corona del Har Tract; and
10 VNIEREAS, said easement agreement is in conformance with
11 the conditions of approval of the resubdivision of Lots 1 and
12 3, Block 332, Corona del Naar Tract; and
13 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
14 said easement agreement for such purposes;
15 NOW THEREFOP.E, BE IT RESOLVED that said easement
16 agreement is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are
17 authorized to execute same, and the City Clerk is directed to
18 attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
19 recording and to record said document in the County Recorder's
20 office.
