OMMSIS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work

consisting of the addition to Mariners Library in the City of

Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifications

heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 20th day of ,tune,

1966, and publicly opened and declared; and

therefor is boy Collins, Inc.;

Collins, Inc, in the amount of $37,082.00 for the base bid plus

separate bid items nos. 3, 4 S and 6 be accepted and that the

contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.

17 I are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accord-
18 ante with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the
19 City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to
