A aESOLUTION OF YHE CITY COUNCIL Or TIM CITY OF
.PORT BEACH SENDING THIS SERVICE AGREMENT
IMLTH INTIEGMTED DATA CORMUTtION
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and Integrated. Data
Corporation, a service bureau, are parties to an agreement under
which said service bureau performs certain services in connection
with the preparation of the City's payrolls and various payroll
reports, which agreement will expire on ,tune 30, 1966; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that those services continue
to be performed for the City and both parties wish to extend their
service agreement for another year under the same terms and con-
ditions as the existing agreement;
HOW TIMMFORE2 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby extends the service agreement with Integrated Data Corpor-
ation for a term of one year commencing July 1, 1966.
ADOPTED this 27th day of ,Tune 1966.

INTEGRATED DATA CORPORATION hereby consents to the
extension of the service agreement described in the above resolu-
tion for a term of one year commencing July 1, 1966, and agrees to
perform and be bound by all of the terms and conditions thereon.
