entered il"Ito an agreement dated July 1, 1965 with the Orange
County Peace Officers Association, Inc. for the leasing of an
Identi -kit for use by the Newport Beach Police Department; and

have proved to be satisfactory to the City; and

men--- upon the same terms and conditions for a term of one year;
