• 4 F: 'f.sAS, Section 3292.1 of the Newport Beach Fiunicipal
5 Code provides that the City Council shall by resolution designate
6 streets or portions of streets on which the narking or standing
7 of vehicles is to be prohibited, and shall designate in the
8 resolution the days of the week and the exact hours during which
9 such prohibition shall be in effect; and
10 Vr al S, it is necessary to prohibit parking as herein -
11 after provided;
12 NMI, TIM- REF0I3, , BE IT rMSOLVED that parking shall be
13 prohibited between the hours'of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <rom and
14 including May 16 to the day following Labor Day of each year on
15 the following portions of streets:
16 1. Southwesterly side of Dahlia from Seaview Avenue
to aayside Drive.
17 2. Southwesterly side of Goldenrod Avenue from 0e*- view
18 Avenue to Bayside Drive.
19 3. Southwesterly side of Heliotrope from Seaview Avenue
to Bayside Drive.

4. Southwesterly side of Iris from Seaview Avenue to
21 Bayside Drive.
5. Southwesterly side of Jasmine from Seaview Avenue
22 to Tayside Drive.
231 6. Southwesterly side of Larkspur from Seaview Avenue
24 to Bayside Drive.
