in resolution DTo. 5750 adopted by the City Council on liarch 11,
1963; and

and Higbway plan to :Eange the location of the aforesaid con-
nection to f of n Pacific oast riighway at the existing Superior:
Averua intersection, all as shown on the City of Newport ,each
faster Street and f?igcv7ay Plan, dated July 25, 1966; and

mighway Plan will provide better traffic service because or
improved alignment of the E aster Plan roadways;
