RESOLUTION NO. 6424
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING PRICES TO BE CHARGED
FOR THE SALE TO THE PUBLIC OF BOUND VOLUMES OF-
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, SUPPLEMENT
SERVICE FOR THE CODE, COPIES OF THE CITY CHARTER,
COPIES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE, AND
SEPARATE PAGES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, on July 25 the City Council passed Ordinance
No. 1170 which enacted into law the Newport Beach Municipal Code
of 1966; and
WHEREAS, on the recommendation of the City Manager
the City Council desires to establish a schedule of prices for
the sale to the public of bound volumes of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code, supplement service for the Code, copies of the
City Charter, copies of the Planning and Zoning ordinance, and
separate pages of the Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following price
schedule is hereby established:
