3 AGREEMNT WITH EASTBLUFF-NIMPORT, INC. , SUBDIVIM'm�
FOR TIM CONSTRUCTION.OF IMPRO M.ENTS IN TRACT 1-1,0.

6 TquZMAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Eastbluff- Newport,
8 Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 6228, agrees to construct street and
9 other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision; and l!
10 %3MMS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
11 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
12 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
13 EvFITrhS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
14 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordnce with
15 the provisions of the Code;
16 NOW) THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
18 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
19I security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
2011 the City Attorney as to form.

Resolution No. 6428 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meting place thereof, on the 22nd day of August
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
