RESOLUTION NO. 6429
A RE- SOLUTION OF T12 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MMEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TO EDCECUTION OF AN
AGREMENT WITH EASTBLUFF-NMRORT, INC., SUBDIVIDER,
FOR TIM CONSTRUCTION-OF DIPROMINTS IN TRACT INTO.

,R]El"° S, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which aastbluff -Newpo
Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 6229, agrees to construct street and
other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision; and
%.EAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
Newport Beach Piunicipal Code; and
j -M—c S, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
the provisions of the Code;
NM,T T°rTT.'?3L^F'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
the City Attorney as to form.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of August 1966.

Resolution No. 6429 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 22nd day of August
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
