Code provides that when authorized signs are in place giving

notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle
g
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:09 p.m. of any day for periods'
9
of time longer than one hour, two hours, or other hours upon such
10
streets or portions thereof as the City Council shall designate
11
by resolution; and

11 AS, by Resolution No. 5328 adopted October 31,

1960, the parking of vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
14
6:09 p.m. of any day was limited to two hours upon the ast side
15
of Agate Avenue between Park Avenue and South Bay Front; and

vehicles on Agate Avenue as hereinafter provided;

NO: ^9, T:i EFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
19 vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays,
20 Sundays, and holidays be limited to three (3) hours on both sides
21 of Agate Avenue between Park Avenue and South Bay Front.
22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5328 be

amended
to delete from
the parking limitation established therein
