That loading zones be establisnec., to be 20 effective between the hours of 8 A.M, and 5 P.M. every day except 21 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on the south side of West Coast 22 Highway between t..e following State Highway Stations: 23 (a) 11 19 and 11 49 24 (b) 11 66 and 11 96 25 (c) 13 63 and 13 93 26 (d) 14 13 and 14 + 43 27 (e) 17 68 and 17 e,, 98 28 (f) 18 -.= 18 and 18 R, 48 29 Section 2. That the loading zones and parking pro>zibi® Lions established hereby shall remain in effect until the City Traffic Engineer determines that they are no longer necessary. Section 4. That the City Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to appropriately sign and mark the loading zones anc areas where parking is prohibited to give notice :hereof. Section 5.
