RESOLUTION NO. 6432
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Leon Green,_Jr. and Eleanor B. Green, husband
and wife , have executed and delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by which there is granted to
the City an easement for the construction, maintenance and repair
of a storm drain and appurtenances in, under and along the fol-
lowing- described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, to wits
and
The northwesterly 20.00 feet, measured at right
angles, of Lot 111, Tract 1116, as per map recorded
in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder °s office.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6432 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 22nd day of August
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
