7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The Bluffs, sub -
8 divider of Tract No. 5878, agrees to construct street improvements
9 for Vista del .Playa and Street "A ", as shoes on t%e final tract me.:)
10 for Tract No. 58789 and
11 t r iS, subdivider has furnished security to ass=e the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance wTitl. the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 F MS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance TA th
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NT;1, Tn 2 0?.E, BE IT F25OLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Neuport Beach at such time as saie
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to su-!ficiency and
21 the City Attorney as to form.
